Focusing in Consumer Platform
I worked on several tasks related to several services in the Gojek application such as Go Car, Go Ride, Go Food, Go Car Xtra,
Go Car Hygienes, Go Car Bird, Go Blue Bird, and Go Ride EV. The tasks I did during my internship were:
1. Find out the number of conversations that happen in each order for the top-500 messages and group
the messages that have a similar topic or intent (clusterring).
2. Analyze the chat “balance” between drivers and customers and measure whether drivers are sending more chats to customers, or vice versa.
3. Estimate the scale of fraudulent, spam, and abusive messages and find the number of occurrences of these cases.
4. Labeling data for data scientists related to the intent classification model.
In carrying out this task I use tools such as:
Data Analysis : SQL, BigQuery, Python - Google Colab, and Google Spreadsheets
Data Visualization : Google Data Studio
